Simple delivery Charges more expensive than prices on Evri website

I’ve always used Royal Mail for deliveries but some of my items are coming out at between 2kg to 5kg and this adds about another £3 to the cost.   Looking at the Evri website I should be able to post a parcel up to 5kg for just £2.62 provided the buyer  collects from a parcel shop.
I can’t see how to select this option on eBay and if I select Simple Delivery the weight  is either up to 2kg or up to 15kg with the lowest cost coming out at more than £7 if I select up to 15kg.

Im finding it difficult to sell slightly heavier items because of postage costs.  Can I access the lower Evri cost with parcel shop delivery on eBay and Is the same reduction also available with Royal Mail.  Most of my items are fragile ( Dads old whisky jug collection) and Royal Mail haven’t broken one yet.

You can't make buyers collect from parcel shop.

If shop is part of ebay click & collect, then buyer has option to select store when buying.

But they can also have item delivered to their home if they want.

SD is not popular, but all private sellers have to use it.

Thanks for your reply.

I'm not on click and collect. It would be great if it was possible to
offer either parcel collect or home delivery and the buyer chooses.

Do you now how well combined delivery works with simple delivery/postage.

At the moment I just buy one postage label if I sell a few items to one
buyer and give them a refund of the difference it's cost me to send the
parcel and what postage they paid for each purchase. I don't want to
offer combined postage if I automatically get charged for the labels buyers
have opted for because I'll need to somehow pay for an additional
larger/heavier parcel with multiple items in it if I offer combined postage.
I'm not explaining this very well, but I don't want to be out of pocket
with postage costs..... Ebay don't take into account the cost of buying
boxes!!

Cheers
