Simple deliver problem

I unintentionally used simple delivery for 3 items that I sold but I used conventional postage methods and now I can’t get my funds as my items that have been delivered say they haven’t on my eBay page. Can anyone help me with this

Money will be released in 14 days. Read announcements about faster payouts starting August 6th.

From 6 August, we’re also making it easier and faster for our more experienced sellers to receive their funds. This means you can get your funds within 24 hours of the buyer paying. To qualify for faster payment, all you’ll need to do is:

• Complete at least 10 sales with a total of £150 or more within the last 5 years 
• Maintain 2 or fewer cases in the last 12 months 

For those who haven’t yet met the criteria, you’ll be able to track your progress towards this in the Payments tab from 6 Aug. We’ll notify you through the eBay app as soon as you qualify. There may be some cases wherefunds are held for compliance reasons. You can learn more about this on our Help page.

When you buy your own label you have to generate the original prepaid Simple Delivery label to be able to change the tracking number and mark as dispatched.

So generate the label then go to View Order Details > Postage > Track Package > dropdown arrow and change the tracking.   That has to be done on a desktop browser.

Afterwards if you paid for the original labels you can cancel them here:

Or if the buyer paid for them they will be refunded to them automatically in 30 days.

But as said, if you can't change the tracking the money will be released anyway after 14 days.
