Simple Postage

When listing I can no longer choose which courier and how much I can charge. The system just lets me use the Simple Postage option and nothing else.

Try clicking on Collection Only, then click back to Postage Only and Custom Options should appear, which is what you want.   Or remove the pre-entered postage weights, see if that helps.  

This is on a desktop.   I don't think you can remove SD on the app.   Also some categories, eg. clothes, are getting harder opt out so it could be compulsory there now.
