I've contacted ebay support twice now and they seem to be having difficulty resolving these issues Is any one else out there seeing these 2 problems with Custom Postage. I've looked at two accounts and both exhibit same issues (1) Add a service, the various options are presented however some service options are missing Parcel criteria (dimensions, weight and Length) . Ebay suggest going to the couriers website. This is not acceptable to me as these were always present prior to the change so do not know why the criteria cannot be presented now. in practice custom postage should look exactly like buying a label used to look. Why change something that is not broken? (2) When I select a service there is no price for postage automatically added to the listing edit page "Buyer Pays" postage section. This means you cannot compare costs before finalising postage costs in the draft listing. Trying to list item results in "you must enter postage cost" error. So where do i get the costs, going to courier is no good as ebay are meant to have negotiated discounted prices although I notice the evri price is still £2.94
Maybe I'm doing something wrong but these seem hard bugs in the platform that have stopped me listing and needing to end some listings whilst I wait for ebay to come back to me.
