Simple Delivery won't give me option to send LARGE package

Simple delivery is ruining a special birthday today!!!

I have sold hundreds of large parcels... much larger than ebay's 61x46x46cm medium size maximum!

Today i am attempting to list a bicycle frame which, when boxed up measures 105 x 27 x 56cm.

Where has the drop down box gone for sending via Parcel force or LARGE item shipping carrier?

I'm only offered Evri and Royal Mail options. Neither will take my large box.

Does ebay expect me to cut the bike frame into tiny pieces in order to fit within their framework?

I'm clearly being facetious .....

I've read someone's comment about using an older listing, which offer more shipping options and click Sell Similar.. but for me.. doesn't work... it only ever offers me the new Simple Delivery options of letters or small / medium parcels.

I've waisted hours using different browsers. Switching off and on VPN... Antivirus etc to no avail.

Does ebay not want people who sell large items any more?

What's going on?

There is currently an issue that Simple Delivery not offering Custom Postage to oversize items,  lightweight items and those under £10,  these are all exempt from Simple Delivery.

There is a workaround.

How did he figure this out??

I did as he suggested and inflated my price from around £50 to £800.. suddenly the extra shipping service options appear and it'd like "old ebay" again!

Once i save the listing I then went back in to edit the price back down..... I was then prompted to address my postage options again, which thankfully still offered me what i wanted.
