Simple Delivery STILL forcing itself on LETTERS & OUTSIZE parcels

How many other sellers have complained about Simple Delivery STILL forcing itself on LETTERS and on OUTSIZE parcels? When I complained on 18 JULY 2025 I was told it was a "known problem". Subsequent complaints I got told there were updates but no fix except to relist individually 200 items altering all the sections after PACKAGE SIZE. This takes over 5 minutes per item when ebay should have BULK relisted all 200 in less time. The proper fix that ebay is failing to do is to PUT BACK the flexible package size so we can select the CORRECT SIZE for our LETTERS & OUTSIZE  parcels - which worked perfectly until ebay took it away to force an unwanted postal system on us. Is the failure deliberate ? Or has ebay been hacked?

Only mentors can reply in this part of the forum - you would get more responses/discussion in 'selling'.

However, my view is that it is appalling that this is still not sorted out and Simple Delivery is still not working properly when you list an item.

There are workarounds etc. but, given that 6th August seems to be the final deadline for Simple Delivery to become mandatory for private sellers across the site, and there is no straightforward way to list oversize items, I can perfectly understand why sellers are cross and frustrated.

It is not mandatory across the site it defintely tells us that items value under £10.00 and that can be posted flat as a LETTER and items of any value that are OUTSIZE PARCELS are exempt from Simple Delivery. However ebay has removed the means to allow this exemption by removing the FLEXIBLE package size option - the interactive box for packacke size now only include large letter, small parcel, medium parcel. I put it in selling now - thanks for that suggestion. CS are advising various "work-arounds" but none solve the real issue & all take endless time when the old system was quite good & quite fast.
