...but I didn't use it as it was for a large letter whereas it was only a small letter. I sent it myself. I was charged for the large letter label - it wont let me cancel it. I've been paid by ebay for this item minus the postage £2.70 as the item arrived today. How can I get this money back please? How long would it potentially take to recover? Thanks..
