Change of postage

Hi.  Recently sold an item.but the buyer selected a different method of postage to that on the original listing.  How can I now mark this item as dispatched because I can't see to find this option to manually do so

Change of postage

Sometimes it is possible to manually change the service and tracking but you need to use a laptop / PC and try it with Chrome.

 

If not possible,  contact eBay Customer Services they will do this for you.

 

End of the day,  if there is no tracking to show delivery your payout is held for 14 days before release.

 

This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

Lines open 8 a.m. - 10 p.m. on weekdays


9 a.m. - 6 p.m. on weekends.


Automated agents will be available on chat outside of the above hours.


I recommend contacting CS first thing in the morning as there's more chance of Dublin answering.

You are using Simple delivery.

Buyers can only choose postage options on listing.

Some of your listings are freepost, so you pay postage or buyer can select express postage,

they pay & you get link to down load label.
