Simiple Delivery, dumb af!

I contacted eBay a few times ever since SD was introduced. There was a time that sellers can select a customerised delivery option. I sold an item today and my buyer wished to pay extra fees for RM's Special Delivery, and I realised other delivery methods can no longer be selected.

What annoys me the most is SD blocks buyer's delivery information. eBay told me that they can't reveal this to the seller, and I found that doesn't make any sense at all! In order to get the information, the seller needs to either contact the buyer or get the label via SD to see the address! Both ways cause more efforts! If sellers offer free delivery, then the postage will be charged by SD, and the seller has to cancel this label which is only generated for the sake of getting the address!

Also, it looks like a tracking number outside SD can't be added, which means sellers need to wait longer for the funds or contact eBay to release it .

The whole thing is just dumb af!

All the points you make above,  are valid and true,  and you're certainly not alone in being upset by the whole process.
