I sold my item with Simple Delivery. Co -incidence The Buyer lived around the corner. I handed him the item. Didn’t use the Simple delivery label. He can’t click to confirm he has received. My funds can’t be released.
As the buyer paid for the delivery they will be refunded for the unused label in around 30 days,you will have to wait for your payment and as a new seller this could be for a similar period,but at least 14 days
