A Customer has decided he wants to cancel the order after me sending them the package

Hello im fairly new to ebay and not 100% sure how everything works but I've sold items on here before with no issues.

I have sold an item today and post and packaged it. Sent it off to the buyers location but then after that they decided to message me telling me they made a mistake and want to cancel the order. I've said you cannot cancel the order as I've just sent your item.

I asked why didn't you say this straight away after buying the item but have had no response yet.

Just want to go about this the legal way as this could maybe be a genuine mistake but could also be dodgy. Any help on this would be much appreciated

Nothing you can do now item is posted.

if buyer refuses parcel, they invalidate ebay MBG.

You have no returns, so if they ask to return as change of mind, you can refuse.

Unfortunately if they open not as described case, you have to accept, issue returns label and refund on return.

Best not to contact buyer, wait to see what happens.

If you accept change of mind returns you can agree to let them return it but they have to pay the return postage.  If you don't accept returns suggest they resell it themselves.
