Show all filters not showing

I am quite an experienced ebayer buying/selling. I have various categories I search daily which I have filtered to match my needs. Recently two of those categories (Tops and Shirts PLUS Jumpers ) have lost the filters and  when I search Tops & Shirts or Jumpers, the ALL FILTERS option isn't showing.  I have tried clearing Cookies/Cache etc but still no luck. This has been a problem for months but only just had a chance to try to sort this, can anyone help?

Just so I understand what you mean, is it the option to show the pop up with the full list of filters that's missing?

Hi thanks for your response. Yes exactly that . The ALL FILTERS option isn't showing when I search Tops & Shirts AND search Jumpers
