Shortfall of refund funds

Can someone please tell me how to top up my balance so that I can authorise a return. Everytime I press the add a different payment link it just circles for ages and closes the page down. 
I don’t have the app. It’s so frustrating

You cannot top up your balance,  if there is not enough money in your Available section of your payment summary,  eBay use your back up source which is usally your bank account.

Use a lapop / PC and Chrome, not the app to add your bank details here:

https://ppcapp.ebay.co.uk/myppc/wallet/list

Once added it can take a few days for eBay to verify those details.

HiI have a bank account set up, it would let me enable it to pay selling costs?

You need to check you have added that to the place where it states ' method to pay fees', as some sellers prefer a credit card for this purpose.  Add it again with the link I provided above.

Are you finding it's not being used for refunds ?

Thank you for your help. I had to use a computer for it to work. Wouldn’t work on my phone. All sorted now. 👍
