Bank card update.

The chip on my bank card failed and, although it had a year or two to go, the bank renewed my card. I have tried and tried to update my card in my Ebay account but without success. There appears to be no way to contact any eBay official to resolve this problem. Can anyone help ? I am beginning to think that the only way forward is to cancel my existing account of many years and open a new one which would hopefully allow me to use my updated card.

Try and enter your new bank details here.  Use  laptop / PC and Chrome not the app or mobile browser.  It can take a few days for eBay to verify the new bank account details,  it's not instant.

I recommend contacting CS first thing in the morning as there's more chance of Dublin answering.
