Incorrect description, return rejected

I was sold an item that was incorrectly described. Seller mentioned no return accepted buf surely that does not matter if the description is incorrect. I opened a return request that was rejected by the seller and now I have a message from ebay saying request closed. How do I escalate this matter to ebay to step in and look at this matter and evidence I sent to the seller who keeps refusing to acknowledge his mistake despite picture i sent him. Thanks

What reason did you give for wanting to return the item?
If you bought from a private seller and you choose the reason 'wrong size/doesn't fit' that is counted as a change of mind and the seller can refuse the return.

Is that what has happened here?

 Correct case is NOT AS  DESCRIBED, seller cannot refuse or cancel this, however you only get one chance, so you will have to see if your payment provider can help.
