Hi so I sold my first item on ebay. Unfortunately the label maker for shipping was not working and as I was going to the post office anyway I thought it would be easier to just drop it in. I used special delivery signed. The problem is as it was not within the ebay system they are not releasing the funds. The buyer has already paid so how do I get access to my funds as the system does not recognise that the buyer has received the item. It's shows delivered on the post office website so I do not know what to do now
