Shipping label is already outdated when newly generated

I am still within my allotted three day shipping time, but when I generated the label today it says at the top that I have a week in which I can send it, yet the label and the rest of the page says it needs to have been sent yesterday… what am I supposed to do about that? There is literally not a single way of contacting eba about this I’ve been trying for half an hour it’s driving me INSANE

The Simple Delivery label is valid for 7 days,  but eBay expect a faster dispatch within the allotted few days after purchase.  If you do not post then,  you will receive a late delivery mark.
