Following on from their reintroduction of listing fees, thinly disguised as ‘free to sell’ announcement, greed-ridden eBay’s latest fee announcement, dressed up as ‘buyer protection’ is the final one for me….with a rigidly useless (all enquiries lead to one irrelevant page) customer service or a irrelevant AI support system…no more now….it was good for many years, wherein eBay made good percentages when I sold an item, their greed to introduce new fees while significantly reducing seller’s service has eclipsed the point of reasonableness….
