Several different answers from agents.

after 14 years of doing business on ebay they banned me from selling.

I don't get a clear answer from the agents what I did wrong.

One agent said that if I don't get a negative BBE within 60 days my ads will be back.

Another agent said that I have a permanent ban.

I call all the agents, no one wants to tell me what I did wrong.

I'm extremely disappointed. I can't believe it.

I ask where should I turn to just tell me what I did wrong.

I have 100 feedback without any returned products, no complications. For 5 days I've been thinking only how it is possible in this day and age that they humiliate you so much.

I earn around 500e per month on eBay. Which is enough for my situation to survive.

And I'm dependent on eBay.

I've always done everything for my clients to avoid negative feedback. I'm in Slovenia and we don't have local support. They're binding me to India, Utah, UK....

I'm asking for help because I can't accept such a decision. Without knowing where I screwed up.

We are members like you and have no access to ebay records, so can only guess at a possible reason for the ban.

1. you are running a business on ebay but are registered as a  private seller,mehich means ebay do not get their proper fees.

2. there are a lot of rules and conditions for selling car parts, which need to be observed, see below for part of what ebay say on the subject..

You are posting on a UK member to member board so responses are based on experience in the UK only.

Ebay's policy is not to discuss bans with sellers - this is probably to prevent other members from trying to circumvent such bans.  So, you are unlikely to be told what the issue was.  I understand you would like to know what went wrong but Customer Service agents really won't discuss that with you.

Your star ratings for postage cost and delivery time are both low.  Only you know if you have had issues with your sales.

You need to carefully read any emails and messages you have received.

If this is a permanent ban, then that is what it means and there is no way for you to sell on Ebay again.
