Hello, I’m going around in circles with the automated chat and cannot get connected to an agent. Can anyone help, please? I want to make an offer on an item and use Click & Collect but it states that if the offer is accepted it’s processed automatically and so this means it will be posted to my home address. The Click & Collect option is usually selected at checkout but as it’s done automatically I can’t see how to activate it. Anyone else had this issue? Thank you.
