Setting own postage rates ?? Ebay simple delivery charges too much for one CD

I want to set my postage rates (CUSTOM postage). It won't seem to let me on a newly created listing. I can't see how to avoid Simple Delivery any more...£2.93 is too much to charge for one CD IMHO

I am not sure whether your items are exempt, but ebay with their use inefficiency only shows CUSTOM POSTAGE box if exempt.

They have now reversed the boxes on the listing form,  BUT to use CUSTOM POSTAGE it is still necessary to select the RIGHT HAND BOX marked Simple Postage.
