Setting auction price keeps changing

Recently, when u set my auction price to, say, £20, it shows up as £22.56 !  It’s happening to all my listings.  What’s going on ?

It’s eBay for transparency adding the buyer protection on. 4% + 75p to your starting price this will change as further bids are added.
