Sent and received, but saying overdue dispatch

I posted an item via Royal mail but the eBay listing is not saying dispatched or letting me add a tracking number. I’m trying to get hold of eBay to see what they can do. The Buyer has emailed me saying he has received the item, but obviously I can’t get paid Until this is sorted. Can you help
