I am in uk and for the last 24 hours I am unable to send offers to eligible listing. I put the reduced price in and before I click submit I see it changed the amount to $0. I obviously then cancel. Can anyone help please

To ask the obvious, was the item on which you're making an offer in the US? If so, your offer will automatically be converted into US dollars.

If not, you may be another victim of eBay's "converting prices into dollars for no apparent reason" glitch. I was one of many who experienced this last month.

Maybe someone here will know the answer. Otherwise, I don't know what to suggest, except possibly keep on trying and if possible make an offer in dollars, and message the seller to explain what's happening.
