Why should I have to wait 2 days after an item as been delivered to get monies owed to me if I get the item I sold tracked . That should be proof enough that the item has been sent

Even if you prove item was posted, if buyer claims not received unless you can prove delivered, 

you always have to refund.

No one likes new system,  but it's here to stay.

The answer is don't sell on ebay. The items I have currently got listed
will,be my last .
