I'm trying to send message to seller, but it does not send, just gives a disruption sign and no message send. PLease help as my speaker have failed and it has 1 year warranty.
Sellers can block messages. If you've had the item for more than 30 days there's nothing you can do on ebay. They don't get involved with warranties. If it's less than 120 days contact your payment provider and ask about a refund or chargeback.
You could try again via one of their current listings in case it's a blip but it's highly unlikely they will honour the warranty. Your payment provider is your best bet, if there's still time.
