Sending an item that was sold as Local Collection

Hi everyone,

brand new at selling on eBay, I just wanted to ask, I’ve sold an item that was originally for Local Collection but the buyer wanted courier delivery, the sale shows in my eBay balance so the buyer has paid but how do I now show that I’ve sent the item to get paid for it?

It asks for a collection code but obviously I don’t have that as they aren’t collecting it. 

Can I either add tracking info somehow or do I have to cancel and redo th whole listing?

Ask the buyer to give you the collection code before you send the item.   If they don't want to do that (because they would have to trust you to send the item after they've confirmed collection) it would be better to cancel and relist with postage for them to buy again.
