Hi can anyone help i sent item to buyer by royal mail signature ,i have done track & ,trace royal mail saying i,ts delivered  but buyer saying hes not recived and now wants refund what can i do regards

You can send them a polite message with the tracking details showing that the item was delivered.

Should they open a case for item not received,  enter those tracking details,  and the case will close in your favour,  no refunding.
