I sold a new sealed iphone and the buyer returned. Took 4 days before delivery.  But I didn't get anything back. When i contacted royal mail, I was told it was wrong address it got delivered to far from me but the same city. I just got scammed, and the buyer have stopped responding to messages since. What do I do

Ebay have issued refund back to the buyer

You will need to contact eBay Customer Services and explain what has happened here,  and what you received.

This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

I contacted CS already and they said I need to get a written document from the courier service that the item wasn't delivered to my address before they can open a case which i have done and its taking forever to get a reply back from royal mail

Then,  those are the steps to take , and forward that document to eBay Customer Services.  You will receive a reply from RM  I agree, it's not quick!
