I am trying to relist Two cosmetics (foundation) that I bought of eBay to resell as they are the wrong shade for me but eBay have removed them
they are genuine and are new
it was ok for me to buy them but not to sell this seem unfair

Cosmetics must be New, not even tried.

It does seem unfair but probably the rights owner didn't see the other listing to report it.
Ebay uses 'counterfeit' when the brand doesn't want their goods sold on ebay and reports them. It doesn't mean they think they are fake.

Relisting removed items can lead to account termination, so I suggest you don't do it.
