I recently sold an item to a buyer in Slovenia . Although it was listed GSP . The buyer did not get balance to pay Inc shipping as eBay did not inform him of total payment details . I ended up losing sale and cancelled because could not get any sense why .The help chat on ebay was useless just kept going in circles asking same question .
I have now restricted sales to UK only which is really is defective both for me buyer and eBay.
