Selling via GSP

I've been selling to buyers outside the UK using the GSP for several years, and I have various items listed right now with GSP enabled - but a buyer in the US reports that when he tries to place a bid he gets a message that "sales to the USA are blocked", even though the listing shows a shipping charge to the US. eBay's automated "customer service" is useless - does anyone have any idea  what might be causing this problem?

A seller with similar items to you recently had issue selling to France.

Sounds like this is your problem.

A lot of the items you are selling can no longer be sent using GSP as the UK delivery leg needs to have Age Verification
