Selling on e

Hi I produce metatarsal injury protectors and I have been told my account is restricted and therefore cannot sell them. I have asked for more information and been told they cannot provide me with more information. What can I do to resolve this issue

Re: Selling on e

Perhaps you reached an agent who hasn't heard of this item, you'll need to try Customer Services again, but do so only very first thing in the morning when the lines first open at 8 a.m.  as there's more chance of Dublin answering.

End of the day if this is a restricted item for whatever reason,  you will not be able to use eBay as a selling platform for your item.

This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

Lines open 8 a.m. - 10 p.m. on weekdays

9 a.m. - 6 p.m. on weekends.

Automated agents will be available on chat outside of the above hours.

What you can do very much depends on what you have been told in the email restricting your account.

Does it state this is a permanent restriction?

Generally, if it is a permanent restriction, Customer Service agents will not enter into a discussion with you.

It looks as if you have had this account for a long time but have never sold any items.

Have you ever sold anything on Ebay, on this account or a different one?

Have you previously been banned from selling?

Have you registered for managed payments?
