Selling fees

Under new eBay selling fees rules, if I sell items under vehicle parts/ manuals or brochures will I invite a selling fee?

Well you can read the message from ebay, as far as I can see it only says this - 

*Excludes motors: Cars, Motorcycles & Vehicles listings

Ok thank, however selling motorcycle parts/ manual & brochures is a sub section under vehicles/ motorcycles
