Selling an item abroad

IMG_4958.png

Hi, I have sold an item to a customer based in Sweden. They are unable to complete the transaction because of a postage issue. See screenshot. It says “ask seller for postage cost” but I have the global shipping programme turned on.

I recently sent a mattress topper to a customer in Germany and this was through the Global shipping programme where is was sent to the eBay uk global hub.

I have checked my postage set up and it would appear that everything is set up to sell abroad.

any help would be appreciated.

thanks

Re: Selling an item abroad

For some reason it looks like GSP has a problem sending that item to Sweden.    The alternative is to cancel the transaction with buyer's agreement and relist with direct postage to Sweden on the listing for them to buy again.   If you decide to do that, if using Royal Mail check their website for prices.  You'll need Europe Zone 2.
