Selling an Item - problems with listing

I have an individual account. 

When I try and list an item it requests a delivery policy and a preferences policy. 

Unless I complete these i cannot list. 

I understand 'simple delivery' is the only option.

You need to have a policy for dispatch for example, “Within x days”.

Towards bottom of listing form it is also wise to have a return policy.

 

Possibly because you sell NEW items, at the very least if not registered as a business, you should accept returns within 14 days, which all business sellers have to do.
