I want to sell my landrover - its my businesses.
I have a personal account not a business - as I don't plan in selling cars as a business so I presume this is the correct account type to sell.
Regardless within my profile i have no option to change to a business account, which from what the chatbot has said I should have.
Also I cannot select another method of payment other than cash within the advert draft, i need it to be bank transfer only but I see no way to add that to the account.

You do not need a Business Account to sell one vehicle.
Most would agree that selling vehicles under a Classified ad format , is the best way.
Here's all you need to know about Selling with classified ads: https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/
Cash and or bank transfer are both acceptable and the only forms of safe payment.

Best way to sell a privately owned Vehicle --- Using a PC/Laptop (using Mobiles/Apps, listings often fail to show) >
Classified Ads. at total fee of £19. 99 will allow the exchange of contact details for viewing and price negotiation over a 30 day period --- set the Start price at or near the price that you would find acceptable --- Avoid inviting Offers which may never complete --- just continue to Negotiate an acceptable selling price and only remove the Ad. when you have a definite buyer with Cash in hand or a Bank Transfer is safely deposited/confirmed before handing over Vehicle keys/documents on buyer/viewing collection. No additional FVF selling fee is charged.

Thanks for the replies but regardless of if I sell auction or classified it will not let me select a payment method that isn't cash (which I don't want)

You can put your preference in the description. The buyer should be able to check the car before they pay which is why most will expect to use cash.

You simply state in your listing description that payment via bank transfer on collection is preferred.

Lastly (for now) the car is +VAT there doesn't seem to be an option on add vat to sale price, therefore i presume it needs to be included within the price I advertise it for?

You can't add VAT, has to be included.
Best stick to classified ad.

A private seller can't charge VAT at all as you wouldn't have a valid VAT registration number

As mentioned initially, this is a sale of one of my companies vehicles which is vat registered
