Sellers not responding

Hi, so I purchased an item of a seller and cancelled the order straight away as the size wasn’t right, therefore the order was cancelled, but it has been three days and the seller hasn’t got back to me regarding a refund I am requesting for as I need a refund, what shall I do as eBay has no contact number

Buyers can only ask to cancel, private sellers can refuse.

You can open item not received case 1 day after estimated delivery date.

You need ebay email with confirmation of purchase.
