Hello all

Wondering if anyone else has had this

Am very interested in an item and messaged seller asking legitimate questions which would like answered before buying

No reply, tried again, no reply, and again no reply

Item still listed so not sold yet

What can I do?

First of all, can I suggest you read everything in the listing, including the full description, really carefully and then look at all of the photos.

Is the information you want in the listing?

I don't reply to questions if they are asking about something which would be clear if the bidder read the details and/or looked at the photos.  Maybe your seller is the same.

Can 'google' add the extra detail you need?

If you really want the item, you then have to either go ahead and buy it or walk away.

Business sellers have to accept returns for any reason but private sellers can refuse a return.
