I purchased an item from a seller with 100% feedback. 3 days later the seller, without any explanation- or apology, refunded the money and cancelled the order. I tried to report this to eBay, but they aren't interested as the seller has refunded my money- so much for protecting the buyer! . Surely a seller should at least offer an explanation or at least apologise? I certainly won't buy from such an ignorant individual in the future
