If you bought an item which is not as described, you may be eligible to start a chargeback through your payment source.
What did you buy and when?
How did you pay?

Hi
Thanks again for your initial reply.
I did reply regarding the back story of my purchase but I am still confused as to I progress my issue.
Raising it with the credit card company is a path I have not gome down before but I note your comment.
Should I expect a further reply from you?
I would really like to make ebay aware of this seller's intransigence as I do not hold out much hope of recompense.
Am I wrong?

You didn't reply to this thread or answer the questions I asked which may have been useful.
However, if you wish to report the seller, you can use the link below, and you have 60 days to leave the seller feedback. If you do report the seller, Ebay will not tell you what action if any they take.
You can report a seller using the button below.

I honestly can't see a valid reason to report a seller this far down the line - if you bought something (a job lot of meccano, or similar, I'm guessing) and there are some pieces missing then this is something that should've been raised within 30 days.
