Seller refusing to complete sale and has refunded without agreement

Hello everyone, 

I purchased an item and paid immediately. It was an auction that I won. Same day a couple hours after i paid, the seller messaged me saying they can't ship because of this and that, and they will refund, which they did. I don't want a refund and would really like the item. Is there anything I can do?

You can't force the seller to sell to you so you will have to accept that you won't be getting your item.

You can report the seller here Report an issue with a seller | eBay

but ebay will never tell you what action they have taken.

Lastly leave honest feedback to warn other users.
