is a refund possible from ebay when a refund has been issued to a buyer

Does anyone know if I can claim anything back through ebay as I have issued a buyer a full refund for an item I sent that didn't arrive.

If you bought the postage through ebay here's how to claim:

If you bought from the courier including Royal Mail you claim direct from them via their website.
