Recently sold an item, buyer has received it and Royal Mail tracking says it has arrived also (just so I have that for proof) but on the eBay system it says it’s still on dispatched I’m not sure how I will get my money? Can anyone help? It’s my first item sold on this platform

Ebay tracking is notoriously slow to catch up with the courier's tracking.

You may have to wait a few days longer to see if it catches up.

In any case your funds will be released in about 3 weeks without tracking.
