Bought a LED floodlight that went faulty after 2 days, seller reckoned could not supply replacement until 30 days as he was out of stock, after 30 days he then promised a refund, after a further 30 days no refund, cannot find on eBay how to complain due to the time lag, any help out there

Sorry but it's too late to do anything now on ebay. Contact your payment provider and see if they can help.

Seller strung you along until too late to open ebay case, has to be done within 30 days.
Try your payment provider.
Never believe Seller excuses,
Open and escalate ebay case within 30 days.
