I have 100% customer feedback and no unopened cases, yet for the past few moths my seller level has fallen to below standard because in one year I gave out 10 refunds for stick I’d sold out of.
Almost 75% of my listings were then removed by eBay so I cancelled my shop subscription as I didn’t sell enough with the much lower stock level to make it worthwhile. I am now a business account, not a shop. I only get a few sales each week come through because of the restrictions. Has anyone else suffered with this. I had a good shop running with eBay but now they have ruined it.
Any recommendations much appreciated
thank you

Refunding for the reason ' out of stock' will give you damaging defects, and 10 will certainly bring you below standard.
Here though at least you know the issue and need to keep an eye on your stock , remove items immediately that you do not have to sell.
All anyone can recommend is to sell as much as you can so that your seller level is raised to that required by eBay to be Above Standard for selling.
I know this is easier said than done , as everyone is seeing a tremendous dip in sales. Your items seem reasonably priced, but can you perhaps for the time being lower them even further so your prices are more attractive in the competitive market you are selling in, hopefully resulting in more sales.

I'm afraid the mistake you made was to judge your seller performance by the criteria that YOU think are important: customer feedback and no unopened cases.
This is eBay's site, and you need to take account of their terms and policies. If you had read eBay's Seller Performance Standards you would have realised that they take "out of stock" delivery failures very seriously, with an account defect for every instance. Account defects will quickly drag a seller's performance rating down to the level where account restrictions apply.
There is plenty of information on seller performance requirements in eBay's searchable help database, but I suggest that you start with this page: https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/policies/selling-policies/seller-standards-policy?id=4347&st=3&pos=3&que...
