Seller overview is in dollars but want it to be in pounds.

Hi, I’ve just started my second store today and noticed that my selling overview (dashboard) is showing dollars, while everything else is in pounds. I’m on the .co.uk URL. I’ve tried what was suggested in other threads

• Offloading the app
• Signing out and restarting my phone
• Clearing cache and cookies
• Double-checking that my account is set to the UK
• Logging in through both the web and the app

But it still shows dollars in the overview but I want it to be in pounds. I’d really rather not close the account and start over if I can avoid it. Anyone have any idea what might be going on or how to fix it? Thanks in advance.

This sometimes happens when you view or buy an item from an American seller, then everything is shown in US $$'s.

You need to log out completely, even shut your device down. Start up, and log into your homesite, https://www.ebay.co.uk and everything will be back in Sterling Pounds.

If it doesn't switch back, just refresh your page a few times, that will kick start it into showing the correct currency.

Hi @tressygirl thank you. I replied to your other post. Yes, not bought anything from US ebay. I've done as suggested but unfortunately that still doesn't work for me for this acc.  Whereas the other acc everything is all pounds and no problems when browsing on US ebay as it will still say pounds.

I've scrolled further down and this is what it says. 5000 items is alot for a private seller when usually it's 300 items per month.
