Seller offered partial refund for late delivery from China

Seller offered me a partial refund for late delivery from China ( location on listing was Nottingham UK) but only if I left No feedback.

You won't see the partial refund even if you leave positive feedback. 

Leave feedback to warn others about the item location misrepresentation.

Many thanks for your reply. Would it be OK if I  ‘Report the seller’ via their appropriate listing.

I am not interested in a £2 refund but I do feel strongly about other buyers having to wait a long time for a delivery or having to return an item.
