Seller not responding

Hi , I placed an order with a seller after winning the bid. The seller has not answered any of my messages in over 2 weeks so I have cancelled the order however the seller also needs to answer this. Just wondering whether Ebay cancel the order after the 3 days if the seller doesn't answer.

No, ,  eBay do not cancel the order at a buyer's request.  Buyers can ask a seller to cancel but they can refuse.

Have you paid for this item?  Then if it's not received ,  one day after the item's last estimated date for delivery,  which I presume has passed if it's been 2 weeks,  proceed this way, to receive a full refund:

Go right of the item purchased,  and from More Actions select....  I Have Not Received My Item.

If you are not fully refunded within 3 days,  you must escalate the case on day 4 or within 30 days from opening the case,  and eBay will step in and force the refund.

Do not close the case early for any excuse or promise the seller may give,  and do not forget to escalate.
