Seller not responding.

I wanted to buy a PS4 Pro, and the payment went through and everything, but when I messaged the seller for the place, date and time (it was a collection in person) he didnt answer, I waited 24 hours, then said are you there? He didn't answer. I waited 48 hours, and messaged again. He didn't answer. I then started a cancellation, but then it occured to me. How could he accept the cancellation request if he isnt even online on ebay, its the same as not answering messages.

What should I do now? The cancellation request can't be accepted as the seller isn't present, so my money can't be refunded.

Starting a cancellation, you cannot cancel, only the seller can do that, may now cause problems, what you should have done was open a not received case and got a refund. If seller cancels that should also generate a refund, but he may do nothing.

You wait 7 days and then open a case for item not received using the money back guarantee.

do i have to wait 7 days? does the option appear after 7 days?

It's tricky with collection items because there is no expected delivery date,  but 7 days should do it.

in your experience, do you think the guy is ignoring me, is busy, or something else and that is the reason he's not answering?
